THE CHOCOLATE SALAMI!

(Ingredients: 400 gr.'s Biscuits, 110 gr. Sugar, 50 gr. Unsweetened cocoa powder, 120 gr. Butter beans (or normal), 2 eggs.
I pulled out of the fridge butter long before , to make it soften at room temperature. Meanwhile, I crumbled the biscuits by hand, putting them in a plastic bag closed, and hovering over the rolling pin. With this method the cookies crumble quickly, well, you do not use electricity. I took the butter softened at room temperature for about 5 minutes and I rested on the heater on, until it was practically dissolved. I then worked with a fork to mix and dissolve completely. In a bowl, I whisked the eggs with the sugar, added cocoa butter and sifted, shot to mix, and finally I put the cookies crumbled. Using a spoon I made it all the homogeneous mixture. I lined a rectangular plate with aluminum foil and then with baking paper on which I spent a bit 'of oil. With the spoon I put the mixture on the plate, and closing the parchment paper I gave shape to the chocolate salami. I also rischiuso over the foil to seal the ends, and put inf staff. The cake must stay at least 12 hours in the fridge.)
