Where Can I Get Threading Done In Calgary

Sanremo Sanremo!

Today I received "The Call". Not the one from 'High, as one might expect, being in the Christmas spirit, but the call waiting from about, let's see ... mhmm 10 months?
Yes, because two years from now, in December begins the "full-San Remo, Italy that if all about who will be the competitors, guests, etc., to me about my presence or not in the 'orchestra.
Yes, every artist or would-be, has a childhood dream, often unspeakable, in his heart he hopes to realize. My dream was to play in the Festival of Sanremo at least once in their life and I did, for two consecutive years. But from year to year there is no certainty that the miracle happen again, so about mid-November we start asking "Will I be there? Not be there?", With exchange of text messages between colleagues equally anxious ...

Well, for Sanremo 2011'll still be in the orchestra. It will be my third festival.

I know, I know, now Sanremo is hackneyed, the stakes are infinite, the singers are always the same ... but what can I do? As a child I used to wait outside by the VIPs' Ariston, how could I pass up the chance to see the crowd of fans on the other side of the glass?

Now, the Festival of Sanremo is certainly a wonderful experience, but it has some aspects that would throw into a panic the safest of music professionals. Aspects that have nothing to do with the songs.
Especially for women, is the San Remo litmus test of self-esteem. Competition is fierce and, between valleys, singers, guests, the temptation to escape is strong and should appeal to all the compliments you received in the last 10 years of life to survive.

So, while it is noted that the San Remo orchestral adventure begins a month earlier, with the test in Rome. Then you move to San Remo for a further 3 weeks. Every single day not only be "presentable" but "telegenic" is virtually impossible, even in the morning because the day begins and ends in the evening and after 10 hours of testing even Britney Spears would be so different from us!
The singers or guest is pretty rested with the tests, with a look bright and alternative, sing and go away leaving behind an aura of mystery and fascination. We already after half a day's leave that alone the only evidence is that of sweat on his shirt ...

As far as I'm concerned, the first problem is the fact that the call comes in Christmas or, worse, a party just passed, when my body is a mix of pounds and pimples on the cake too, impossible to eliminate before the fateful first day of practice. It usually comes down to clumsy attempts at dieting in the last week before the start of the tests, an attempt that is often bankruptcy ... Usually we try to remedy with a trendy haircut and super sexy, or at least that the it is believed ...

Beyond this, needless to say that the Festival is a unique experience. Knowing the songs a month before and already trying to figure out who will win gives a sense of omnipotence inexplicable. About Us is a non exhaustive humming the songs around or talk by phone, we were not even custodians of the fourth secret of Fatima!
The festival makes you live for a month in the glittering world of stars, to see what happens behind the scenes of the Italian event. Ariston come and preview the scenery is really nice and exciting to see the birth of the Festival gradually makes you fond of, presenters, singers, engineers ... and, of course, colleagues with shared joys and pains for a month, 24 hours 24!

And then ... the 5 evenings ... I will always remember the thrill the first time I heard from the initials of Eurovision, then the writing on the monitor "Live from the Teatro Ariston di Sanremo" and then ... us! Heck, we're on TV!

E 'a tour de force, times are impossible and tesion that reigns here is palpable ... yet there is something magical about everything, even in the city of flowers that turns into the capital of Italy for only 5 days, all decorated and full of people ...

When the experience ends and you return home, the void is huge, it takes at least two weeks to recover and return to "normal" life ...
It is already beginning to hope that next year will be called ...
has happened this year, so expect to post "festival-goers in the coming months!

ps: this year, whereas the valleys will Belen and Elizabeth Hurley, I would say that it's better to stay away from panettone from the start, sigh ...
